I am in ruins, already trembling and barely able to keep silent as I feel his touch on my body.

I've been with a lot of men and women in my time and I am being honest when I say that most of them just kind of blend together. When you've been with as many people as I have, it's hard for any one person to stand out.

But there is one. One who stands far above the others. One lover that I've had who brought me trembling and crying to my knees to beg for more.

What did they do that was so special? Nothing, at least on the surface of things. They touched me in ways that I'd been touched before. They pleasured me in ways that I'd been pleasured so many times. They were no more attractive and no more talented than any other lover, at least not enough to make up the difference.

The only thing that they did was take their time.

So many people have so little patience. For so many people it is a rush to reach the end and along the way they forget that it's the little things, that it's the teasing almost more than the payoff, that really drives people to new heights.

That factor was the one thing that I didn't account for, when it came to him.

Aidan barely even touched me and yet my world was on fire from it. He gave me nothing, when you look at the whole of what he could have given me, and yet it was enough to make it hard for me to bear.

And that was really because he'd spent years in foreplay with me. Years and years where all he did was tease and deny me. All that time I'd been working for him, and in truth all the time since I ran away as well, in the back of my mind all I could think about was him.

So for him to brush his fingers against my side was like plunging into me. His breath on the nape of my neck was like his tongue on my sex. The slow tug of him drawing down my zipper made me shudder with delight, with a need that I'd had aching inside of me for so long and for so long had been denied.

And all of it told me that all I had to do was give in and I could have everything that I'd ever dreamed of. All I had to do was beg and I could have what I'd wanted for so long. Just submit and he would take me and this time he wouldn't let me go.

He knew it too. He slipped my dress from my body and felt the heat of my skin. He pressed his fingers into that bare skin of mine and he drew out sighs and moans and shudders from me, a tight tension and a restraint held only by the end of its leash, screaming and snapping for release.

Each moment here was carefully considered and planned by him, as he was in all things.
